The navigation menu is accessed through a simple point and click of the mouse.  Each menu, including the home page can collapse or expand by clicking on the arrow or name of the menu option.

In order to get to each of the components of this talent management model, just click on the circle corresponding to the topic you would like to review and then select one or more of the collapsible menus under it.  The home menu is the large circle in the middle, “Talent Management.”
